Avenir FC Crowned Bhaluwa Gold Cup Champions

African team Avenir Football Club, Cameroon have won the title of the eighth Bhaluwa Gold Cup International Invitational Football Tournament on Monday.
In a competitive final held at Bhaluwa Stadium, Avenir defeated Rara Football Club, Dhankuta 1-0. The only goal scored by Same Same in the 74th minute of the match was decisive in the victory of Avenir.
The winners, Avenir, bagged Rs. 3,00,000 with the title, while the runners-up, Rara FC, bagged Rs. 1,50,000. The winning players were awarded by the chief guest former minister Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar.
A total of 10 teams had participated in the competition organized by Shree Golden Star Youth Club and Duhabi Municipality, Sunsari.
