Morang: Damak Academy Into The Semis Of Mills Gold Cup

Damak Academy have qualified for the semi-finals of the second Mills Gold Cup.

In the match held at Jute Mill ground in Biratnagar, Damak defeated ANFA Academy, Dharan 4-3 in the tiebreaker to make it to the final four. The match ended 1-1 in regulation time.

In the tiebreaker, Damak's Sohan Sinthang, Dipak Thapa Magar, Raman Rai and Om Prakash Tamang scored while for Dharan, only Rahul Limbu, Maldina Aangthak and Sabinaya Katuwal could score.

Damak goalkeeper Aayush Limbu who saved two penalties in the shootout was named the player of the match and received Rs. 5,000.

Gaighat- 11, Udaypur and Saino Sports Club, Biratnagar will face each other on Sunday.
