Church Boys United and Khumaltar Youth Club register winning starts as Shree Kumari Club and Naya Basti Youth Club share spoils on the second day of the Martyr's Memorial A Division League today.

In the first match of the day, Church Boys defeated Tushal Youth Club 5-2 to register three points. Aashish Chapagain scored a hat-trick as Bikash Rai and Kuber Neupane added a goal each for Church Boys. Gillespie Jung Karki and Uttam Shahi pulled two goals back for Tushal.

In the second match of the day, Shree Kumari and Naya Basti played a 2-2 draw. Abhay Dhimal gave Naya Basti the lead in the 22nd minute but Shrijan Raj Gautam equalized for Shree Kumari in the 48th minute. Suman Yogya again gave Naya Basti the lead in the 68th minute but couldn't hold on to it again. Nir Bahadur Ale equalized for Shree Kumari again in the 87th minute to rescue a point for his team.

Similarly, in the final match of the day, Khumaltar Youth Club defeated Ranipokhari Corner Team (RCT) 3-1 to register their first win of the season as well. Diwas Chhantyal, Bipin Thapa Magar and Nawaraj Gurung scored for Khumaltar as Anup Gurung pulled one back for RCT.
