Jhapa: Birtamod United Sets Final Date With Dhulabari In Nawajyoti Open Knockout Championship

Birtamod United has set final date with Dhulabari FC in Nawajyoti open football championship in Jhapa.

Birtamod defeated Dhaijan Chaarali 3-1 in the second semifinal match played at Badakhal, Jhapa on Saturday.

Saroj Karki scored a brace while Rajan Limbu scored another for the winners. Bijay Limbu scored a consolation goal for Dhaijan.

Two goal hero Karki became the man of the match.

The championship has a winning purse of Rs 51,000. Runners up team will get Rs 31,000.
