MFC, Dharan has qualified for the semifinals of the third Hashposa Tarahara Knockout Football tournament with a victory over Taltalaiya Academy, Sunsari today. MFC defeated Taltalaiya 7-6 on sudden death to get to the final four.

Both teams had played a 1-1 draw in the regulation time to put the match to penalties.

MFC took the lead in the 30th minute of the match through Bartaman Rai. But MFC had to suffer late as they conceded a penalty towards the end of the match. Kiran Rai converted the spot-kick and equalized for his team late on.

MFC goalkeeper Rajib Khadka was adjudged the player of the match.

Panchayan Football Club, Ramdhuna and Kanepokhari-11, Morang will face each other tomorrow.
