With City Sports Development Committee president Shyamkumar Raut's presidency and Sports Protection officer Mayor Jiwan Kumar Shrestha as chief guest, the meeting held on Friday demarcated the date for the Inter-Ward Mayor's Cup in Bhadrapur.

The meeting also decided to host an Inter-Ward Mayor's Cup Kabaddi Competition from January 9 to January 14, volleyball competition from January 9-11, mini marathon of 10 KM and 5 KM on January 9 and football tournament from January 17 and cricket tournament from February 1st.

In the meeting, Vice-Mayor Chandra Maya Shrestha, Ward President Prem Bahadur Baruwal, Kumar Shrestha, Ratiya Rajbanshi, Dambarsingh Kunwar, Gopal Krishna Mainali, Khomakumari Dahal, Rajan Bhattarai, Yamkumar Limbu, Buddhiman Rai, Saurabh Pradhan, Raju Dahal, Kabita Gurung, Purnamaya Subba and Dilip Bhuimali, Prem Bahadur Bhujel, Yogendra Poudel, Bharat Yadav were present as informed by communication convenor Ganga Baral.
