Newly promoted Satdobato Youth Club played 0-0 draw against Friends Club in the opener of A Division league 2021 at Dasharath stadium.

SYC dominated the possession but they failed to utilize the goal scoring chances.

SYC coach Meghraj KC said, "We deserve three points but we are glad we didn't leave the field with point in our first league mach".

"We wanted to win the match. Players couldn't perform as per their caliber. I hope we can comeback in next match", added KC.

Friends club coach Mrigendra Mishra said he was satisfied with the team's performance.

"First half wasn't good but we slightly improved our game in the second half", said Mishra in the post match conference.
