Nepal international Rohit Chand will miss Nepal vs India friendly series.
Chand - who has already reached Jakarta to join his side Persija Jakarta - spent eights in quarantine.
Rabindra Chand, his brother-cum-manager, told GoalNepal that Rohit went to Jakarta after discussion with coach Abdullah Almutairi.
"Main problem was quarantine days. Rohit spent eight days in quarantine after reaching in Jakarta. He could have come Kathmandu for the matches but again the problem is quarantine. He had to rush Jakarta after his club called him to join the sessions. Now he will focus on SAFF Championship, which is more important for us", said Rabindra Chand.
Nepal is playing against India in a two match friendly series in Kathmandu. The matches are set on September 2 & 5 at Dasharath stadium.
