
Nepal coach Abdullah Almutairi has boosted the morale of his players by appearing confident in the pre-match conference ahead of Nepal vs Jordan FWCQ match in Kuwait City.
Speaking in the virtual meet, coach Abdullah said, "Many have termed us underdogs. They say we have no chance against Jordan but let me tell you every match starts at 0-0 and the result depends on the performance on the field.
"Our aim from the start is going to win the match", said Almutairi.
He also added that team's target is to qualify for the AFC Asian Cup qualifiers.
"Our goal is to qualify for the qualifiers and we need to win the match against Jordan. We have prepared well. We did like we prepared for Chinese Taipei", he added.
The match will be played tomorrow (June 7) at 9:45 PM NST.
