GoalNepal.com supporters have donated Rs 70,000 to the father of Late Gyelgen Lama, Chewang Lama amid a small program at Mangaldeep School premises on Wednesday.

The money was collected through football website, www.goalnepal.com.

GoalNepal.com CEO, Bikram Thapa handed over the money -on behalf of GoalNepal Supporters- to Chewang Lama in the presence of College Director Shirley and Vice Principal Jhabindra Kumar Subedi.

Sixty Thousand Rupees cash was given to Chewang Lama and rest ten thousand rupees will be given to School management for buying kits.

"The money is from Nepalese football loevrs", CEO Thapa said, "The amount was collected by Nepalese football lovers across Nepal, UK, Qatar, Netherlands and America. The help isn't big in figure but this is true sympathy shown by Nepalese football lovers to Gyalgen's bereaved family".

College Director, Shirley, a Canadian women, thanked all Nepalese football lovers who have donated the amount. "We are overwhelmed to see support from everyone. We got support from NSJF, Fans of football and now from GoalNepal.com", Shirley added.

Similarly, Vice Principal, Jhabindra Kumar Subedi provided vote of thanks to all GoalNepal.com supporters.

Gyalgen's father Chewang lama, with the help of translator, said, "I lost my only son. I don't have any charm in my life. I will go to my village and worship to god".
