2nd Siraha Mayor Cup Kicks Off; Church Boys Enters SFs

2nd Siraha Mayor cup got underway at Siraha on Saturday.

Church Boys United, Kathmandu defeated Kajiman FC, Jhapa 5-1 in the opening match and entered semifinals.

Sunil Khadka scored a brace while Mikchen Tamang, Som Thapa and Milan Bhujel scored apiece for the winners. Rajiv Lama scored one for Kajiman.

Two goal hero Sunil Khadka became the player of the match.

FC Mundial Hetauda will take on Sangarsha Club, Odisha, India on Sunday.

Siraha DFA is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 3 lakh.
