2nd Far West Khaptad Gold Cup: Nepal APF Advances To Finals Defeating Hosts Far Western SC

Nepal Armed Police Force(APF) Team progressed to the finals of 2nd Far West Khaptad Gold Cup as they knocked out hosts Far Western SC 2-0 in the second semifinal match at Dhangadhi stadium, Dhangadi on Sunday.

Anjan Bista scored the opener for APF in the 56th minute. Nabin Lama doubled the lead in the 77th minute.

Lama was adjudged the man of the match. He was awarded with ten thousand rupees cash.

Nepal APF Team will face Nepal Army Club in the final match tomorrow.

Far West XI sports club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 11,11,111.
