Mohamed Samiullah, a close ally of suspended Ganesh Thapa, has been re-elected the president of Bara district.
However there was controversy in the assembly held in Kalaiya, Bara on Saturday.
Shambhu Thakuri, secretary of Nawa Jana Jagriti yuwa club, accused of foul game from DFA.
"They included fake club and fake representatives in the assembly. There is no club called Shiva Shaktiman yuwa club. The actual club is Shaktiman club but they tweaked the fact. This is another day-light robbery in the on-going ANFA elections", said Thakuri.
"We have filed application at ANFA and district administration office. AFC, FIFA needs to know what is happening in Nepal (district elections)", he added.
Thakuri was supposed to run against Samiullah but incumbent leadership banned him for violating code of conduct.
"Our club wasn't banned but I was suprisingly banned. ANFA needs to investigate this issue", he further added.
All together 31 districts have already conducted elections. More than six districts have problems.
