Sankata club defeated Dharan FC in sudden death to enter quarterfinals of 2nd Far Western Khaptad gold cup in Dhangadhi.

Both teams played 0-0 draw in regulation time. Prakash Budhathoki squandered a spot kick during regulation time.

Sankata goalie Binay Shrestha was declared the man of the match and he received Rs 10,000 cash.
