Palpa district football association has been accused of forgery.
The district FA listed non-playing teams in the league tie-sheet of 2070 & 2072 B.S. Three clubs have claimed that district FA officials sent fake documents to central ANFA for election. They boycotted district election demanding justice to them.
Pranaya Bir Jung Rana, president candidate, told GoalNepal that district FA officials sent fake documents to ANFA with non-active clubs.
"Those active clubs who played district league weren't given voting rights in the district election and those who weren't active were listed", said Rana.
"We are very sad. Central representative Hari Shrestha didn't intervene. We have filed application at ANFA demanding justice. I am very shocked to know that football association runs this way", added Rana.
Manohar Thapa was recently elected the president but his appointment has questioned legitimacy after serious accusation from some officials.
