Hanami 5th Chitwan Championship: Sundhara FC Ousts Rampur FC To Move To QFs

Sundhara FC, Kathmandu advanced to quarterfinals of Hanami 5th Chitwan Championship as they defeated Rampur FC 4-2 on penalties at Junior Police Officers College ground, Bharatpur on Wednesday.

The teams played 1-1 in the regulation time before heading towards spot-kick battle.

Rohit Karki of Sundhara FC was adjudged the man of the match.

Basantapur United, Madi will play against Desh Bhakta Yuwa Club on Thursday.

Everest Club, Chitwan is organizing the tournament which has winning purse of Rs. 3,00,000.
