Kavre: Nepal Police School A Team Wins Title Of 25th IGP Cup
Nepal Police School A team has won the title of 25th IGP cup at Sanga, Kavre.
NPS A defeated Sainik Awasiya Madhyamik Vidhyalaya 1-0 in a tightly contested match on Tuesday.
Pujan Giri scored the match winning goal in the wee hours of added extra time.
The champions received Rs 30,000 while runners up team got Rs 20,00.
Third placed Malpi international school got Rs 10,000.
Bhaijan Dhakal from NPS A became the highest goal scorer. Sudip Thapa Magar from NPS A was adjudged the best goalkeeper. Uttam Shahi from Sainik was ajudged the man of the series. All of them got Rs 1,000 cash each.
Chief guest IGP Prakash Aryal distributed prizes to the winners.
