NMB Phidim sporting club and Panchthar DFA have thanked football fans for their kind support in Ruslan 10th Falgunanda gold cup.

The club president Bimal Shrestha said he was delighted to get overwhelming support from the fans.

"We are thankful to the fans for their support. We expect same in coming years", said Shrestha.

Panchthar DFA president Sujan Nembang said, "Not a single crowd trouble in the tournament. It proves that how passionate and civilized football fans we have in this region. We are very thankful to them".

PSC general secretary Pasang Tamang added that the club would expect same support from the fans in coming years.

Jhapa XI defeated Nepal Army 2-1 to lift the title in Phidim on Monday.
