Ruslan 10th Falgunanda Gold Cup: Jhapa XI Beats Karna Singh Sonam Memorial Club Taplejung To Enter QFs

Jhapa XI defeated Karna Singh Sonam memorial club, Taplejung 3-1 to enter quarterfinals of Ruslan 10th Falgunanda gold cup.

Anup Sendang (7’) scored for Taplejung but the joy was short lived. Karma Limbu leveled the score in 12th minute.  Raj Kumar Kandangwa made it 2-1 in 44th minute while Devendra Tamang extended the lead in 66th minute.  

Devendra Tamang became the man of the match.

Hosts Phidim sporting club will play against Morang XI on Sunday.

Phidim sporting club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 4 lakh.
