Nepal Coach Bal Gopal Maharjan: We Would Like To Apologize To All Nepalese Football Fans

Nepal coach Bal Gopal Maharjan has apologized to all Nepalese football fans for not meeting their expectation.

Nepal suffered 3-0 loss at the hands of Maldives in semifinal match of SAFF Championship 2018. Nepal was on verge of entering final for the first time.

Maharjan said, "It feels very bad. We would like to apologize to all fans. We couldn't grind out good result.

"Win or loss is the part of the game but this feels sad", said Maharjan in Dhaka.

What happened in the game?

Maharjan said, "Ground condition didn't support us. We made repeated mistakes and we failed to utilize goal scoring chances. My super subs also didn't click in today's match".
