Janasewi Youth Club of Bardibas stormed into the semifinals of the 12th Bandevi Mai Gold Cup Football Tournament with an impressive 3-0 victory over Namobuddha Youth Club of Saptari in their quarterfinal clash on Monday.
The star of the match was Pradip Lama, who netted a brilliant hat-trick to propel his team to a dominant win. Lama’s clinical finishing left the Namobuddha defense scrambling, ensuring Janasewi’s safe passage into the next round.
Adding to the team's overall strong performance, Buddha Chaudhary was named the Player of the Match (POTM) for his exceptional contribution to the team’s success, with several key interceptions and assists throughout the game.
