Himalayan FC, Nepal has won the title of Himalayan Ganada Futsal Gold Cup Open Knockout Futsal Tournament.
They defeated Dhuku Futsal Hub in the final on pens and became the champions.
Himalayan received 200,000 cash along with the title, while the runner-up Dhuku got 100,000 and a trophy, medal and certificate.
Dipesh Shrestha of Himalayan was chosen as the best goalkeeper while Ashok Magar of Dhuku Futsal was chosen as the best player. Both received 10,000 each in cash and a trophy.
Matsya Narayan Recreational Center became the fair play team of the tournament. For that, they received 20,000 cash and a trophy. The winning and runner-up teams were awarded by Nepal women internationals, former international player and coach Hari Khadka.
A total of 32 teams participated in the two-day tournament organized by the Himalayan Football Club & Ganada education consultancy.
