The second edition of Taplejung Gold Cup will be held from 3rd to 10th of Bhadra.

The decision was taken by the organizing committee of Lakhejatra on Friday.

Chairman of the committee, Devraj Gurung, said that preparations are being made to make the competition at the playground of Bhanu Jan Secondary School located at the headquarters more special this year.

According to him, there are plans to increase the first and second prizes of the competition this year. Also, it is said that the best teams will participate to make the competition special this year. President Gurung said that they are preparing to invite even the 'A' division clubs.

It is said that a press conference will be held in the first week of Shrawan about the prize amount, ticket price and participating teams.

The organizers managed to save more than 2 million rupees from last year's competition.
