Nepal Goes Down To Philippines In A Friendly Match

Nepal national team lost 1-0 to Philippines in a friendly match played in Manila on Thursday.

Jarvey Goyosa scored the only goal in the match.

The first half went barren but Azkals pumped in more energy in the second half and scored the goal in 49th minute.

Goyosa scored a sloppy goal when goalie Kiran and defender Pujan failed to clear properly.

Nepal will now shift their focus to upcoming SAFF championship 2023 that India is hosting in Bengaluru.

Nepal are grouped with India, Pakistan and Kuwait.
