Sankhuwasabha - Advance Club have won the title of the fifth Manebhanjyang Football Cup organized in Khandbari Municipality-3 Manebhanjyang of Sankhuwasabha. In the final between Advance Club and Lohorung Club on Sunday, Advance won the title defeating Lohorung 7-6 in the tiebreaker.

The regulation time had ended 1-1. Mirmire Club finished in the third place in the tournament.

In the event, Mayor of Khandbari Municipality, Mahesh Thapaliya, asserted that Khandbari Municipality has excelled in the field of sports and announced that the municipality will provide 10 lakh rupees for this competition.

Mayor of Khandbari Municipality Mahesh Thapalia, Chief District Officer Birendra Prasad Yadav, Ward President of Khandbari-3 and President of District Football Association Bharat Kumar Ghimire were present at the final stage of the competition at Mahendra Secondary School of Khandbari-3.
