Maziya Sports and Recreation, the team where Nepali goalkeeper Kiran Chemjong plays have continued their winning start to the new season of the Dhivehi Premier League.
Maziya defeated Club Valencia 1-0 in a closely fought match to make it nine points in three matches.
A goal from Cornelius Stewart in the first half gave Maziya all three points.
Kiran Chemjong made his return to the starting XI today and kept yet another clean sheet. He was left on the bench in their last league encounter against Club Green Streets.
Maziya have 45 points from 16 matches and are at the top of the table.
