Gorkha: Sangam Veterans Lift The Title Of Gorkha Mayor Veterans Cup

Sangam Veterans Pokhara has won the title of Gorkha Mayor Veterans Cup Football Tournament under the 4th Football Fair.

Sangam Veterans defeated Battis Putali Youth Club Official Team, Kathmandu 9-3 in the final match played at The Ocean Club, Dalbhanjyang, Gorkha Municipality-9.

The winner, Sangam Veterans, Pokhara, won the title with a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000 while the runners-up Battis Putali received Rs. 50,000 in cash.

In the competition organized by The Ocean Club, Gorkha-9, Dalbhanjyang, 16 teams from 12 different districts had participated.
