News A Division League: Army Climb To Second On The Table

Tribhuwan Army FC turn one-goal deficit around and come back to get all three points against Sankata Club in the Martyr's Memorial A Division League. 

In the second match of the day at the Dasharath Stadium, Army trounced Sankata 3-1 to get all three points.

In the 15th minute of the match, Uttam Rai headed Sankata into the lead from a ball from a corner. 

Santosh Tamang brought Army back into the match in the 60th minute. George Prince Karki gave Army the lead in the 74th minute.

Tek Bahadur Budathoki added another in the 86th minute to make sure Army went home with all three points.

With this win, Army climb to second on the table with 22 points from 12 matches. Sankata, who were once flying at the start of the league, are now in trouble with 15 points in seventh position.
