News Machhindra FC Also Decides To Run Youth Football Academy

Machhindra FC has finally decided to run youth football academy.

After MMC, NRT, Sankata & Satdobato Youth Club, Machhindra became fifth civilian club to run the football academy. Earlier three departmental teams had confirmed the establishment.

On Sunday, Machhindra FC signed a deal with Peace Point boarding school to the Machhindra Peace Point Youth football academy.

The agreement was signed at ANFA Complex in Satdobato on Sunday.

According to the agreement, 14 players (Seven each from the club and seven from the school) will join the academy. Seven more players will join the academy in the second year, making the total number of players 21.

Machhindra FC president Sunil Kapali and Peace Point Boarding School's Principal Ishu Gurung signed in the agreement.

ANFA will provide technical assistance to both parties. ANFA Vice President and Grassroots and Youth Coordinator Upendra Man Singh signed in the agreement on behalf of ANFA.

ANFA President Karma Tshering Sherpa was also present in the signing ceremony.
