Lady Luck Favors Nepal; Hard Work Earns Stalemate Against Kuwait
Nepal was favored with lady luck as they played out 0-0 draw against hosts Kuwait in first friendly match played in Kuwait on Thursday night.
This is the first draw for Nepal against Kuwait.
Kuwait dominated the field throughout the match. Nepal goalie Kiran Chemjong played fantastic game as he saved more than five clear goal scoring chances.
Nepal couldn't play their best but defended well. Kuwait wasted a spot kick in the second half.
Kuwait are ranked 158 while Nepal are in 161 position in FIFA world ranking.
Second friendly match will be played on March 25.
