Nepal Police defender Ajit Bhandari has played his first match for Nepal.

New coach Johan Kalin gave him an opportunity to play for Nepal for the first time.

He is in the first XI against Kuwait.

Kuwait is hosting Nepal in a two-match friendly series match. Gorkhalis will play second friendly match against Kuwait on March 25.
